Important: Please note for customers located outside of California, you will be responsible for any tobacco taxes levied by your own State. Fumari only has a California Tobacco Tax Distributor's License and hence only pays Excise Tax on tobacco products sold to our California customers. Thank you.

 

Hookah and Tobacco Wholesale Ordering

1. All prices represented on the wholesale price list are current wholesale prices.
2. Wholesale rates apply to eligible customers. To become an eligible customer, one must provide the following to Fumari:
   - a copy of their "tobacco retail license" (California customers only)
   - a copy of their "tobacco reseller's permit"
   - a completed copy of the "credit card authorization form"
3. Minimum order for wholesale orders is $200.00.
4. Fumari only accepts credit cards for wholesale transactions:
   - Visa
   - MasterCard
   - American Express
5. Wholesale orders must be prepaid before the order is processed (especially for first time orders).
6. Wholesale customers get $50 off shipping & handling charges to anywhere in the U.S. for orders over $1,500.00.
7. Wholesale customers may place their orders by either e-mail, phone, or fax.
8. Once an order is processed by Fumari, the customer will receive an email confirming the order.

Shipping

1. Fumari uses UPS exclusively for all domestic and international orders.
2. Most wholesale orders made before 2:00 pm PST Monday - Friday, will ship that same day.
3. Most wholesale orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will ship the next business day.
4. Most orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. PST, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
5. In addition to the above shipping policies, please allow 2 additional business days for tobacco orders including 2 or more kilos of pre-packaged retail containers. For instance, orders made before 2:00 pm PST Monday will ship Wednesday.
6. Also, in addition to the above shipping policies, please allow 4 additional business days for orders including 5 or more hookahs. For instance, orders placed before 2:00 pm PST Monday will ship on the following Friday.
7. Fumari provides shipping confirmations via e-mail when the package has shipped, along with instructions on how to track it.

Returns

1. Wholesale customers may return any item for exchange or refund up to 7 days from receipt of shipment. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
2. All returns require that the products are unused or in good condition.
3. Our return address is PMB 625, 255 G Street, San Diego, CA 92101.
4. Returns are normally handled within 3 business days after receiving the returned product(s).
