One is a long, skinny brush that fits inside the stem to scrub any residue or leftover "flavor." The other is a larger, wide brush that easily scrubs away residue inside of the glass base. When used regularly with rock salt, baking soda and warm water, your Hookah will remain fresh and as good as new for years to come.
