Payment:

Online we only accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please e-mail us if you wish to pay another way as we do accept Western Union Money Orders, but you should email us your order first rather than go through the shopping cart.

 

Shipping:

We use UPS exclusively for all domestic orders. For all international and military orders, we ship conveniently through the U.S. Postal Service.

Any order made before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday, will ship that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will ship the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. PST, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note, UPS calculates time in transit in relation to business days only. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. However, for an additional fee, UPS does offer Saturday Delivery for their Next Day Air service only. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 2:00 pm PST and would like to get it on Saturday, you may submit any delivery requests in the special instructions section or you may contact us by phone. Once your instructions have been received, we will inform you about any applicable charges that may apply. If you request that your shipment be delivered without a signature required, or "shipper release", the following terms of service apply according to UPS rules and regulations:

UPS will make only one delivery attempt.
UPS will not obtain a signature upon delivery.
A UPS delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery.
The shipper accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you after finalizing your purchase. Once your package has been shipped, Fumari.com will also send you a shipping confirmation email. Instructions on how to track your package (for domestic orders) will be included as well. Please remember that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Returns:

Thank you for placing an order with Fumari.com. We hope that you enjoy your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your online purchase, please follow the directions below for website returns. Our Online Return Policy differs from our Lounge Return Policy. If you have questions about returning items purchased from our lounge, please call 619-238-4949 or email the lounge.

Merchandise purchased from Fumari.com may be returned within 30 days starting from the date your package has been received. It is recommended that you initiate the return process as soon as possible to insure that we receive your package in the appropriate time. When processing your return, all products must be in its original condition (unused) and accompanied by a copy of your shipping receipt in the box. Original shipping and handling costs and costs incurred for shipping returns are non-refundable.

In the case that you are returning a product because it is damaged, please let us know and we will gladly pay for the shipping charges.

If your order is missing merchandise or you receive the wrong merchandise, please contact us at 619-501-0613 or email us within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can start the claims process promptly. However, delays in reporting the problem will complicate the process and may result in the denial of your claim.

Please insure your package for the retail value of the items. This way you will be protected if the package is lost or damaged. Our shipping address for returns is:

Depending on your location, there will be a 3-5 business day transit time for your package to arrive at our Internet Returns Center. Once received, returns are processed within one business day and a credit will be posted to your account within 1-2 days.

Safe Shopping:

Fumari.com uses GoDaddy's secure socket layer (ssl) certificate authentication (capable of 256-bit encryption) and EPN's secured payment gateway. SSL is encryption technology that provides security while entering information and transmitting it over the Internet. If your browser software doesn't permit SSL encryption, you won't be able to place an order or fill out any checkout forms at Fumari.com.

It is our policy not to store your full credit card information. Full credit card information is used solely by the payment gateway to process your order. For additional consumer protection, all new international orders are verified by phone and/or fax prior to processing, and shipped using traceable methods. We also verify domestic orders by phone, prior to processing, if we are unsure of the order's legitimacy.

Although we take these measures to protect your information, please be aware no site can ever guarantee itself to be 100% safe, at all times.
